VEHICLE DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

Aberdeen Car Wash is NOT responsible for damage to any vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or paint imperfections
• Loose, broken, or improperly secured parts (mirrors, antennas, trim, moldings, spoilers, roof racks, etc.)
• Aftermarket modifications, accessories, wraps, decals, or non-factory parts
• Convertible tops, soft tops, or vinyl roofs
• Rust, oxidation, paint peeling, or clear coat failure
• Items left inside, on top of, or in the bed of vehicles (including truck beds, roof carriers, and cargo areas)
• Damage caused by customer negligence or failure to follow posted instructions

VEHICLE AGE POLICY

We are not responsible for damage to vehicles five (5) years or older. Older vehicles naturally experience wear and tear that may increase the risk of cosmetic or mechanical issues during washing. By using our services, owners of vehicles 5+ years old assume all associated risks.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before entering the wash, customers must:

• Remove all loose items from truck beds, roof racks, and cargo areas
• Secure or remove aftermarket accessories
• Retract or remove antennas
• Fold in side mirrors (if applicable)
• Ensure all windows, doors, sunroofs, and trunks are fully closed
• Inform staff of any known damage or concerns

Failure to do so releases Aberdeen Car Wash from any liability for resulting damage.

SERVICE REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that:

• May cause damage to our equipment or other vehicles
• Is oversized, commercial, or heavily modified
• Has extensive damage, rust, or structural issues
• Poses a safety risk to our staff or customers

WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CLOSURES

Services are subject to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, and operational needs. No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary closures.

SIGNAGE & POSTED NOTICES

All posted signs, instructions, and warnings on our premises are incorporated into this disclaimer. Customers are responsible for reading and following all posted notices.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using our services, you acknowledge that automatic car wash equipment involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our facilities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aberdeen Car Wash, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aberdeen Car Wash from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of this disclaimer.

PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE

Our facility uses cameras for security, operational, and quality assurance purposes. By entering our premises, you consent to being recorded. Images may be used for dispute resolution and security purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
