TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: The date on which the Member enrolls in the recurring monthly subscription.

These Terms and Conditions govern the recurring monthly membership program ("Membership") offered by Aberdeen Carwash ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Membership, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these legally binding terms.

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

1.1 Unlimited Wash Plan

The Membership provides unlimited car washes for the registered vehicle during the active subscription period, subject to fair use and compliance with these Terms.

1.2 Recurring Billing

Membership is a recurring subscription service that renews automatically each month until canceled.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

2.2 Valid Payment Method

A valid credit or debit card is required for enrollment.

3. BILLING & PAYMENT

3.1 Automatic Billing

By enrolling, you authorize Aberdeen Carwash to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

3.2 Billing Start Date

Membership begins on the date of enrollment, and the first payment will be processed immediately. Subsequent payments will be charged on the same day each month.

3.2 Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, access to Membership benefits will be suspended until a valid payment is processed.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to Members.

3.4 Chargebacks

We are committed to providing excellent service and a hassle-free experience. If you ever have a billing concern or issue, we're happy to help. Please reach out to our customer support team by clicking here first at aberdeencarwash@gmail.com or 732-566-0055 and we'll work quickly to resolve it. Please include your contact information such as your name, license plate number, phone number or e-mail. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of your membership and may be pursued as theft of services. We maintain detailed transaction records and customer agreements, which will be submitted as evidence in any dispute.

To keep things fair for all members, we kindly ask that you do not file a chargeback with your credit card company before giving us a chance to assist you. Chargebacks create unnecessary fees and delays, and in most cases, we can resolve any issues directly with you—faster and with better results.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, along with any related fees, using your preferred payment method on file.
  • We may need to pause or cancel your membership until the matter is resolved.

We truly value your business and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and fair membership experience for all our customers. Our goal is to make sure you're satisfied.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

4.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time through your online account, in person, or by contacting customer service. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.2 No Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused services.

5. VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS

5.1 One Vehicle Per Membership

Membership is valid for a single vehicle registered at sign-up.

5.2 Vehicle Size & Type Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that may cause damage to our equipment, property, or other vehicles. The following vehicles are explicitly prohibited and will not be serviced:

  • Ford Raptors and RAM TRX trucks
  • Limousines and stretch vehicles
  • Vehicles with hitch attachments, trailer hitches, or towing equipment
  • Vehicles with roof racks, cargo carriers, or roof-mounted accessories
  • Vehicles with snowplows or plow attachments
  • Dually trucks (dual rear wheel vehicles)
  • Lifted trucks or vehicles with excessive ground clearance
  • Box trucks, cargo vans, or commercial utility vehicles
  • RVs, motorhomes, campers, or conversion vans
  • Vehicles with ladder racks or work equipment
  • Vehicles with large aftermarket spoilers, wings, or body modifications
  • Vehicles exceeding standard height, width, or length dimensions
  • Vehicles with excessive rust, body damage, or structural issues

This list is not exhaustive. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsuitable for our facility. No refunds will be issued for refused service.

6. FAIR USE POLICY

6.1 Reasonable Usage

Membership is intended for personal use and not for commercial vehicles, taxis, rideshares, or fleet vehicles. Abuse of the program may result in termination.

6.2 Misuse

Unauthorized transfer or fraudulent use of the Membership will result in immediate termination without refund.

6.3 License Plate Registration & Surveillance

Memberships are registered and tracked exclusively by license plate number. By entering our facility, you explicitly consent to video surveillance and automatic license plate recording for security, fraud prevention, and membership verification purposes.

Plate swapping, or the fraudulent use of another vehicle's license plate to access Membership benefits, is illegal under state and federal law and constitutes theft of services. We actively monitor and track all vehicles entering our facility. Any customer found to be engaged in plate swapping or fraudulent plate use will be:

  • Immediately and permanently banned from all services
  • Reported to local law enforcement for criminal prosecution
  • Subject to civil liability for damages and legal fees
  • Membership terminated without refund

We maintain comprehensive surveillance records and will cooperate fully with law enforcement in prosecuting fraudulent activity.

Membership is a privilege that provides excellent value to our customers. Fraudulent activity such as plate swapping only increases costs for everyone else. Our goal is to keep pricing fair and accessible for all honest, paying members. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our membership program.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

7.1 Damage Disclaimer

Aberdeen Carwash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, aftermarket modifications, or damage caused by customer negligence.

7.2 Vehicle Condition

Members must ensure their vehicle is in safe condition for washing. Vehicles with extensive damage, rust, or fragile components may be refused service.

7.3 Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Aberdeen Carwash, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your Membership or use of our services.

7.4 Vehicle Age Disclaimer

Aberdeen Carwash is not responsible for damage to vehicles that are five (5) years or older, including but not limited to:

  • Paint deterioration, peeling, or oxidation
  • Trim, moldings, or plastic components
  • Windshield wipers, antennas, or side mirrors
  • Aftermarket accessories, decals, or modifications
  • Pre-existing damage, rust, or structural weaknesses

Customers acknowledge that vehicles naturally experience wear and tear over time, which may increase the risk of cosmetic or mechanical damage during the washing process. By using our services, the vehicle owner assumes all risks associated with washing an older vehicle.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & CLOSURES

8.1 Operational Hours

Membership is subject to service availability, weather conditions, maintenance, and holidays. No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary closures.

9. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

9.1 Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or website updates.

9.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to cancel and permanently ban your Membership at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: policy violations, abuse of services, rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other customers, use of profanity or threatening language, causing disruptions to business operations, damage to property, or any conduct we deem inappropriate or detrimental to our business environment. Termination decisions are final and no refunds will be issued.

Our membership program exists to provide great value, add a positive moment to your day, and remove the headache of maintaining a clean vehicle. Our goal is simple: to make you happy. We ask that you help us maintain a welcoming environment for all members and staff. Please don't ruin it for everyone else.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the car wash is located.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must first be addressed through informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in New Jersey, and members waive the right to participate in class actions.
